Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the International Information Security Professionals Alliance (IISPA) website, platform, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use IISPA services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on others' rights, or transmit malicious content. Use of certification materials, courses, and member resources is subject to our licensing and usage policies.

3. Account and Membership

Registration may be required for certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Certifications and Credentials

IISPA certifications are granted subject to successful completion of required exams and adherence to our Code of Ethics. Certifications may be revoked for misconduct or violation of these terms. CPE requirements and renewal policies apply as specified in our certification guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, and trademarks on the IISPA platform are owned by IISPA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

IISPA provides services "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, IISPA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

IISPA may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where appropriate.
